Surprise!

Ex-Hillary Clinton Finance Director Indicted

Rosen Accused Of Causing False Campaign Finance Reports

Are we really suprised? Keeping in mind that this occurred while the Clintons were still in the White House. Over four years and the dirt still keeps coming.

Sammy: Filing false campaign documents is a crime (kind of like lying under oath). Armstrong Williams has done nothing illegal. Folks associated with the Clintons seem to have problems making the distinction.

Sammy: Armstrong Williams was paid by the DOE to promote No Child Left Behind. It was not a bribe. Williams erred by not disclosing that he was paid to do so. He used poor judgement and his actions were unethical, but not illegal. Thanks for stopping by and making great comments.

Sammy: I'm not sure what your news sources are, but the White House and the DOE both responded yesterday.

Sammy: The DOE and the White House are culpable for nothing. They did nothing but hire a media figure and his company to promote a government program, it's done all the time. No one in the government "stipulated" that Armstrong not disclose that he was a paid spokesman. That's the only thing Armstrong did wrong and it's not illegal. Let's move on.
