It's not about health care!

Let's be clear about the reform being debated in Washington. It's not health care , it's health insurance. It has nothing to do with the delivery of health care, it is about who pays for it. The President and many members of Congress, for whatever reason, are intent on calling it the wrong thing. Is there some kind of hidden agenda or are they all just too stupid to know the difference?
